Evil Trinity is back...
Sat, February 27th, 2027
Something wicked is coming back to Vallejo Brewing Company. Evil Trinity, our massive Triple IPA, returns.
With a brewing history that includes Mitch Steele, Jamil Zainasheff and Mike “Tasty” McDole's son, Lee, Evil Trinity has some serious brewing pedigree behind it. Big, bold, intensely hoppy and dangerously drinkable, this is one beer we look forward to unleashing every year.
Come raise a glass to a Triple IPA—and the brewers who have helped make it what it is.
