Celebrate Cinco de Mayo all week with the release of our Mexican Lager, available on draft with a fresh lime and in cans to go. Crisp, refreshing, and brewed for easy drinking, this lager is the perfect companion for a full day of celebrating. We will also be serving tacos all week and finish the week on Saturday with a band in the Vallejo Brewing Beer Garden!

Mexican Independence Week

We’re turning our parking lot into a full-on celebration for Mexican Independence—four days of great beer, food, music, and community.
Join us as we celebrate with authentic Mexican food, a live band, and a lively outdoor atmosphere under the lights. We’ll also be re-releasing our Mexican-style lager, Claro—crisp, refreshing, and perfect for the occasion.

Oktoberfest Weekend

Join us for a full Oktoberfest Weekend as we celebrate the annual release of our Amber Lager (Märzen) the proper way. All weekend long, enjoy 0.5L pours served in VBC-branded steins—and yes, the stein is yours to take home.
We’ll have the brewery decked out with Oktoberfest decorations, traditional and festive music playing all weekend, and plenty of crisp, malty lager flowing.

True Symmetry Collab Release!

The owner of True Symmetry, Jason and I have been friends for a long time and we are coming together to brew the first collab beer for our rotating Getting Together collab series with a hoppy West Coast Red Ale called Red Eye with a luscious red color and plenty of malty backbone, jam-packed with citrusy and piney hops.
Oktoberfest

Our annual Oktoberfest will be happening this weekend, featuring traditional German food, music and decorations and the release of our Oktoberfest beer, a Märzen, or Amber Lager. You can buy a 0.5L VBC branded stein and get pours of our lagers and other beers in the stein. Bring your friends and your lederhosen!

Evil Trinity Triple IPA Release

I brewed an incredible Triple IPA with Jamil, Mitch, and Tasty over a decade ago, and to be able to bring them together (with Lee carrying the torch for his dad, Tasty) to pay homage to all of those incredible triple IPA's is such a special moment for me. This beer will release Sat, Feb 28th in 12 oz pours, 4-pack cans to go, and a limited quantity of signed posters.
