True Symmetry Collab Release!

The owner of True Symmetry, Jason and I have been friends for a long time and we are coming together to brew the first collab beer for our rotating Getting Together collab series with a hoppy West Coast Red Ale called Red Eye with a luscious red color and plenty of malty backbone, jam-packed with citrusy and piney hops.
Oktoberfest

​Our annual Oktoberfest will be happening this weekend, featuring traditional German food, music and decorations and the release of our Oktoberfest beer, a Märzen, or Amber Lager. You can buy a 0.5L VBC branded stein and get pours of our lagers and other beers in the stein. Bring your friends and your lederhosen!
Holiday Spiced Ale Release

We will be releasing our holiday-spiced ale in celebration of the holidays, Dark Holidays, a stout that will make you close your eyes and imagine sitting next to a crackling fire! Featuring heavy notes of cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. This beer will not disappoint.
