Gracie’s started as a little red trailer on Springs Rd. in Vallejo. With the support of our community, that humble beginning grew into something far bigger

than we ever imagined.

OPENED IN DOWNTOWN VALLEJO

Gracie’s made the leap into a full restaurant, transforming a former gas station into our home in downtown Vallejo—expanding our reach and deepening our connection to the community.
