1999 - THE LITTLE RED TRAILER
Gracie’s made its debut as a little red trailer off of Springs Rd. in Vallejo, CA. This humble start marked the beginning of our local establishment. Thanks to the support and enthusiasm of our community, it set the stage for our growth and progress into something much greater than we had imagined.

2004 - OPENED IN DOWNTOWN VALLEJO
We made the leap and opened as a full-fledged restaurant. Transforming a former gas station into our new home, we chose to take root in Vallejo’s downtown. This change has allowed us to expand our reach and strengthen our connection with the community.

2024 - VALLEJO BREWING COMPANY
After 3 years of progress, we proudly opened VBC right next door to Gracie’s. VBC is a natural extension of our family, complementing our restaurant with craft beers and a welcoming atmosphere. This new addition enhances the experience of our patrons, while still supporting the beloved traditions and flavors that define Gracie’s.
